All guinea pigs need vitamin C in their diet (about 15-25mg/kg bodyweight). Sick guinea pigs have a greater need for it (around 100mg/kg bodyweight) so may require tablets. Consult your vet before giving any medication and make sure that any tablets are vitamin C ONLY.
